Hey Yall,
One of my friends is turning 48 YOA and having a birthday party next saturday...He works for the telephone company but said no telephone...He likes computers, wine, women, tools, toys, oh and did i mention women?
Ive called one of his friends to ask about other stuff he likes and he will be getting back to me soon on that. Do yall have any ideas about anything i can make. I want it to be really cute and all and I am new at cake decorating so i dont know how to sculpt cakes or anything yet.
Any ideas welcome..

oh and edited to say: his friend just called to tell me bugs bunny kinda old fart theme possibly....the cake is a carrot cake and they want it to be kinda funny..nothing naughty cause of kids being there and all that...
lol a Bugs bunny as an old fart would be hilarious.
You could make big bunny feet out of 8 inch rounds, then cover some pvc tubeing with fondant for legs, place a cake round on top of that and stack some 6 inch cakes for the body, make the head out of rice crispy and for extra support do a cane out of a dowel covered in fondant. Give old bugsy a long gray beard and make a bottle of "Dr.Rabbitfoots Carrot Cure All" next to him.
or you could skip the legs alltogehter which in hindsight sounds like a much better idea as it will be stroger and do and "old fart" bugs bunny bust

i aint learned fondant yet..lol im only in wilton course 2..darnit...all i know how to do so far is BC & RI icings and regular cakes..oh but i loooove your idea
Ok no problem at all. Make a sheet cake carve it to look like a bottle, cover the sides and about an inch in on the top in brown BC, make a "label" out of I dunno lets say yellow bc. Write on the label
"Dr.Rabbitfoots Carrot Cure All" maybe add some old timey swirls

The first thing I thought of was Bugs Bunny has on several occasions dressed up as a female. But, it would be easier to do in fondant. Or a wine bottle with a fondant woman sitting on it or leaning against it. But, again easier in fondant.
Sorry I am not much help. I know there are some very creative people here that will come up with something.
