I made some MMF decorations today for a cake in 2 days- when do you think they would be dry enough to actually decorate the cake? I'm wishing I would have done these a few weeks ago and stored them. This is my first cake to actually decorate and I am nervous.

MMF drying time will depend upon humidity. In my experience it takes longer to dry than commercial fondant. Perhaps you could try putting it under a fan or a gooseneck lamp? Just be careful the lamp is not too close as it can scorch.
