When doing the upside down icing method or any other need for taping your parchment, what kind of tape to you use to actually get it to stick to the parchment?

I've tried it. It doesn't stick for me.

I haven't found any tape that will stick to parchment. Maybe it's because I bought the one with silicone coating? I'm wondering if there is a parchment not treated with silicone and if so, if tape would adhere to the plain one. Which kind do you have?

I use the clear (wide) packing tape on both Wilton parchment or Reynolds freezer paper and it works like a charm.
