I've made the giant cookie recipe on this site and although it's good and I've made it 5x it's not exactly what I'm looking for. I'm in search of a recipe that is as close to the Cookie co.'s cookie cakes. Does anyone know of a recipe or a site to find it.

Try looking on www.recipegoldmine.com and see if they have it. It's a really neat website that has a lot of the restaurant recipes on it.

Why not the Pillsbury cookie dough in the tube? I use that all the time for my cookie cakes. It also comes in a big tub and you just press it in the pan!

Here's the recipe I use for a chocolate chip cookie cake, and I LOVE it! I make it all the time- it's replaced my old chocolate chip cookie recipe!

I never bake it the full 20 minutes, though- 18 is perfect with my oven.

I made this out of the Wilton Sugar no chill cookie recipe..
I love their recipe..no chilling required..Since I have no time to wait.
I decorated w/ MMF: this is a 10 inch cookie baked in springform pan

ok that website is a goldmine for people like me and everyone else on CC thumbs_up.gif I'm going to try the recipe posted by emnjakesmom this weekend. (after I get this cake out of my house icon_lol.gif ) The sugar cookie sounds good also, didn't even think about a sugar cookie. I like Nestle cookies in a tube, so that's a good one to hold on to for the old idea box. thanks everyone and happy cookie baking
