I have been using Pastry pride to ice my cakes. I've noticed however that it tends to dry out. I usually decorate my cakes at night and by the morning the icing is dried out. Am I doing something wrong?

I usually refrigirate my cakes. Am I supposed to mix the pastry pride with something else? Could I be whipping it too much?
