I make my layers and freeze them separately, I will be freezing one 16inch layer on the display board, the other I just dont have a board big enough for, can I cool it, level it, put it back in the pan and freeze it in the pan? is this recommended? Any input welcome Thanx! Heather

I read on here where you can remove the cake from the pan, line the pan with saran and then put the cake back in...wrap everything in foil and put in the freezer.
