Last Sunaday (July 22) we had our first Cake Central reunion in Puerto Rico. It was amazing and we had such a good time knowing each other. We also had a contest, it was very exciting.
My cake was inspired precisely in this Web. I wanted to honor all Cake Central members and all those that as me loves the art of making cake.
My cake won 3 prizes, first gold medal in fondant, first gold medal in the most beautiful cake and second silver medal in flavor.

Great cake! Just curious about how the event was orchestrated. How many P.R.C.C.'ers are there? Also..who was the judge in the contest? If there is any info on it, I'd love to read it.
