how do i make a roasted turkey cake and what is used for the "skin" of the turkey. I would appreciate any help including type of pans used, please email me at [email protected]

We are going to be making that cake in my class.... what I do know is that we are going to be using the wonder mold. I think the skin texture is made using a paper towel.

Anyone else? I know we have some Turkey experts here!!!
