Try asking down in the recipes section- and do a search too. I know there are already several favorites floating around out there...If you don't have any luck I'll try to post one later for you!

I tried this Ultimate Butter Cake recipe and it was absolutely delicious. I nver even put frosting on it, I just ate it by itself....yummy!

THE TRICK IS TO USE A WHIPPING AGENT. THIS HELPS PREVENT OVERMIXING AND GIVES YOUR CAKE A FINE CRUMB AND A MOIST TEXTURE. YOU CAN GET A HOLD OF A SAMPLE FROM CARAVAN . WHICH IS A SUPPLIER OF BAKING SUPPLIES. SURF THE WEB AND LOOK UP CARAVAN / SURFAX. THATS HOW I FOUND IT....
