I have a couple of recipes that call for instant espresso powder. I have looked and looked and looked for instant espresso powder, and have yet to find it. I look by the coffee in the coffee isle.

Anyone know where I might find this ingredent?

Thanks,
Sabbrina

Hi sabbrina, Here where i live they have it in the local grocery store right next to the regular espresso. But i live in Miami, which is not only a big city, it has alot of latin people that drink espresso.

Depending on where you live, you might try Wegman's or Safeway. I haven't been able to find it either, and I just use regular instant coffee. It works fine.

sabbrina--
After unsuccessfully trying to find instant expresso powder here, I went to a cooking school and was told that it is instant coffee crystals--like Folgers. I used it in my Lady Godiva cake and it was fabulous. HTH--Pam
