Make sure the bag of marshmallows is 16 oz..most are 10 oz bags that I find so I have to use almost 2 bag. The first time I made it I didn't realize this and it was super sticky, but I still got it to work...but the next time I realized I needed more marshmallows and it worked out fine. Sometimes I have to add more powder sugar sometimes I don't..I think it depends on the humidity and all that stuff. But no matter what it can be saved just keep playing around with it. I usually let it sit for awhile, but sometimes I run out in the middle of doing a cake and so i mix it up and use it right away. I love it!

Thanks everyone! You just made my life so much easier. Cant wait to try this next time instead of working with cold fondant! Have to make a hockey rink for my husband's bday in 2 weeks so hopefully it goes well.
