at the very top click on contact us..... and someone will help u in 24hrs or less....

You could click on the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page. That will bring you to a page where you can fill out a form. There is a drop-down menu where you can pick "Shopping/Customer Service". You put your name, contact information, and your issue.

You can also contact them by phone/fax:

I know that when my husband had a problem, he called, and was VERY happy with the customer service.
