I have used mmf, pettinice (which is very nice but expensive) and Michelle Foster's recipe for homemade fondant which I will only be using from now on. : )

I use MMF and Satin Ice only for red and black, since it is so hard to achieve. Can you share Michelle Fosters recipe?? I'm interested.... Thanks!

I love Fondex.. it tastes really really good. It's a bit soft, but not too bad. I would like to try out Satin Ice too.. but Fondex is yummy.

I was just watching Ace of Cakes and Charm City Cakes uses Satin Ice. I saw the container on the table. So it must be good if they use it.

where do you find the best priced and best tasting fondant and shipping where you can use a tax ID and benefit? I prefer pettinice.

So far the best price I've found on the web is intotheoven . com, they have the best shipping rates as well and service is excellent.
