If I make royal icing and store it in ziploc bags how long will it last? Will it harden in the bag? I am making royal icing for my sons class and want to know if it will last. Taresa
It will keep for at least 2 weeks on the counter. You don't have to refrigerate. I usually keep mine in containers so that I can stir it again before filling my bags. HTH
