I have made IMBC because of the raw egg thing. Not to start an issue of any kind!! I do want to try it. Just worried little ones who aren't use to it might get sick.
Has anyone ever tried using Meringue powder, if so how did you measure it, and did you add it dry, or mix w/ water first?

I have not tried it with meringue powder, but I have tried it with the Just Whites powdered egg whites and it came out awesome! Just like the bakery version. I just measured out the powder and water according to the Just Whites instructions and then I added them to the IMBC recipe when it asked for the egg whites. Came out perfect!
