My dh just told me that he signed me up to take the rolled fondant class at Country Kitchen in Fort Wayne this Saturday!!! He called them, paid and get this arranged for babysitting for our three kids even!!! icon_eek.gif I am so excited!!! They provide everything you need for the class and you get to keep some of the supplies too. Is anyone from here going to be taking the class? Here is the link.

You have to go sometime even if its not for a class, it is a cake supply dream store lol. I am about an hour away from it but its worth the drive, this will only be my 2nd time going there. I am so excited!!!

It IS worth the drive. It takes me about an hour and 40 minutes but I have been twice; once for a gumpaste class and again for ICES DOS. Worth the drive and the time just to browse the store. In fact I ordered a catalog, and spent 4 hours devouring it on a recent flight to California, lol. They have everything.

I won't be taking the class you're going to, but I will be taking the 'stained glass' decorations class in September. I'm anxious to see what that is... I wasn't able to go when they had the class in June.

Sounds like your husband is as supportive as mine. icon_smile.gif
