Why My Ivory Bc Icing Has Always Crack On It ??

I made the samething as all others colors from Wilton paste and never I have a BC cracked ...

That is the second time in a last year its happen to me ...


Somebody knows ???

What are you placing your cake on? If this is the mail color and your cake board is not strong enough, it will bend slightly, cracking your icing. There are actually many variables in the problem.

I place my cake on a cake board as usual. I always make that with all the others colors but I have made 2 ivory cakes during the year and they make the samething ...
