Hello everyone,

It's been a little while sine I've been on here and I've been going through withdrawls. icon_lol.gif I'm a beginner and I've had two cakes requested for this weekend? One for Saturday and one for Sunday. My question is can I make the Sunday cake today or tomorrow and have it still look and taste fresh? I'm not able to keep it in the refridgerator because it's a stupid side by side. Grrr.

Thanks so much!!!
Cori

IMO - the answer is yes if 1) its not hot and humid in your house and 2) your icing / filling is not of perishable ingredients.
