for Toba's glaze recipe it says 3/8cup of milk. I'm sorry but my measuring cup does not have 3/8 cup...can someone help me here and tell me how much that is or is that a misprint?

Need to make glaze asap...
TIA

1/8 cup is 2 tablespoons so 3/8 cup would be 6 tablespoons

I think it would be 3 oz since there are 8 oz in a cup. Haven't made it yet, so not for sure...

Ok. So, 4/8 = 1/2 cup. So, 3/8 would be 1/4 cup plus 1/2 of the next 1/4.

So, 1/4 cup and then just use half of a 1/4. I'm pretty sure that is correct.

Does that make sense ?

From the Joy of Cooking 1/4 cup = 4 tablespoons
1/8 cup = 2 tablespoons so
3/8 cup = 6 tablespoons

I always add less liquid to my frostings at first because you can always add more if needed. A lot of times when it is humid I don't need as much liquid as I normally would.
Hope this helps.
