ok i have a 11 x 15 sheet cake pan that is 2in deep i am gonna bake my cake in...i am using 2 boxes of cake mix a packet of vanilla pudding mix and a extra egg and a cup of cake flour to it....so i was wondering how long do u cook the cake since its gonna be 2 boxes do u cook it for like a hr ...or what...

I'd cook it for the same time it calls for on the box. It's in a bigger pan so it'll be spread out a little more. Check it after that time, you can always leave it in longer if you need to, but not much you can do if it's overcooked! 
Well, I always use 2 boxes of cake mix in my 11 x 15 pan and bake at 325 degrees for approximately 55 minutes. But, that is not to say that your oven won't bake hotter or cooler. I would set your timer for 50 minutes and start checking from there.
