Ok...mabey i missed something. But are these two the same deal? They look very similar and seem to work the same but im by no means an expert... I am trying to get away from the dowels/teastraws even though i havent had any major catastrophes yet! ![]()
One more question... ok.. so you insert the system in the bottom tier say.. 14", do the markings for the next 10" tier have to be made so that the legs line up? Or does it matter. LIke do all of the legs have to line up through the layers like on the pictures for the sps on the bakerycrafts or sugar craft websites.
TIA everyone
Nope the legs do not need to line up. Not in the least.
I think the Coast system is quite similar but I have not used it as it is really hard to find around here, and I have never liked Pheil and Holing who sells it. Don't know why I don't like them.
The parts are not interchangeable between the two systems.
I do just love the SPS, though. You could probably tell. ![]()
thanks... you know... ive never ordered from P&H until last week... im not real fond of the fact that i dont have an order total at check out.... and ivenot even gotten an email summary of my order, shipping status nothing.
I havent ordered either system yet (coast or sps) but the coast system looks to be less expensive.. and of course with out an account from bakerycrafts i can t see pricing. Sugarcraft is almost double the price of sps vs coast.
I know that I'm fortunate to have enough volume to be able to set up accounts with suppliers. It didn't happen right away. I used to have to hold an oder for a month-6 weeks before I had enough to make company minimums. Now it's practically every week or two.
i'm jealous. Im not "legal" as my area doesnt license homebakers. Cant afford commercial space so i do work of mouth.. No real "volume" if i had a store front i would have to confidence to market but i dont so.... ![]()
