hi yall, long time listener first time caller....er...i mean lurker....er anyway, i am new to decorating (started this past fall, took class 1 with my mom as a mother daughter thing) and have decided to enter a cake at our local fair. i would love to do a pink/chocolate scroll cake but could someone tell me how to do scrollwork and some pointers? i have time and a dummy to practise on.

I bought a scroll press set from Michaels and use it to make an imprint of it and frost over it. Works great but press lightly. Good luck
