I am looking for the recipe that some CC members use on their pans instead of using crisco and flour. I believe it has some crisco and flour in it but I believe there was also something else. You are suppose to be able to brush it on the pan and releases the cake after baking with no problems. Anyone know what it is?

Thanks!
Angie

Here's a link to the recipe here:

Many people have posted that they use equal amounts of the three ingredients, although the proportions in the recipe above are slightly different.

hth!
Laura.

You mix equal parts flour, shortening and oil, so you can control how much you make. It keeps for a long time, and works great. Janice
