I don't know what to do about this, and would really like some input from more experienced bakers/posters. What do you do if you ask for instructions for a cake in the photo gallery and don't get an answer? Do I just assume they'd rather not share, or request them again? I don't want to be rude...or worse yet-pushy ![]()
TIA
I'll answer because I have a request right now for a couple of things and I just haven't had a chance to respond. I respond to everyone, so if you requested something from me...please be patient (unless you need it immediately) because this month just happens to be crazy for me.
It would also help...(because it takes a lot of time to write directions)...if you only need part of a cake explained to specify that part instaed of the whole cake.
I love helping when I can...but I can only speak for myself
ACK! That reminds me I have one to answer! ![]()
Did you post the question in the comments section of the photo or did you PM them? If you just posted in the comments, maybe they have not seen it yet and maybe you should PM the question. If you did PM, maybe they have not gotten it yet or, as adven68 said, they may be pretty busy. Or, like in my case, I am too much of a scatter brain lately and can barely remember my name! ![]()

Also
Not everyone gets a message when there is a new message posted in the gallery, the best is to send an email or PM. In the galleries they may never see it.
Cheers
