Anyone That Has Made Diabetic Icing From The Recipe Section?

Is it tasty? Does it color well? Anyone have anything good or bad to say about it? I'm making my aunt a birthday cake and she has diabetes, I was going to make a yellow cake, strawberry filling and this icing, will it taste good?
I wish there was comments on the recipes like on allrecipes.com!

I haven't made this, but since it has been a few days since you posted with no answers, I wanted to at least give my 2 cents worth on it. It sounds somewhat like the crusting cream cheese frosting recipe which is really good. The recipe ingredients and ratios sound like it would be a good recipe, in my opinion. Maybe you will get someone to answer that has actually tasted it.
