Can anybody give me any help on the pricing for these things:
I have a bride that wants the wedding cake cookie as favors in plastic bags with a ribbon on them. She also wants the petit fours with the chocolate coating on them instead of poured fondant. (I make them with the melted chocolate completely encasing the cake and filling).
I have never done these for sale before and don't have a clue as to how to price them.

I charge $2.50 for my wedding cake cookies. I think I'm on the low end for cookies though.
