Make The Color Of A Terracotta (Sp?) Pot??

Any ideas?? It seems like copper... but copper with orange or red... ??? or what???

Sorry, I cant help I havent had to make this colour before... But i would guess that you would use like a copper/caramel colour and need to add red/orange to it... But im only guessing sorry

I think I just remembered that Wilton has the paste color named TerraCotta, I said I think! I'm SURE I haven't used it though!

Orange with a bit of brown to make it "earthy"? I used leftover pink MMF, added yellow and a bit of brown and came up with the perfect terra cotta color, so orange and brown should work.... There is an Americolor terra cotta color that you can buy right here at CC thumbs_up.gif

Wilton does make a terra cotta color. I used it to help achieve the color of the basketball for my basketball cake in my pictures. i started out with just the terra cotta color, but i added more orange to get...well a more orange color....lol. but just the terra cotta color by itself should achieve the color of a terra cotta flower pot that you are looking for
