I am In need of an awesome chocolate cake recipe for my nephews groom cake. The cake is going to be stacked so it needs to be able to hold up the wieght of the second layer. Any help you guys could offer would be wonderful.
I like either the "ever so moist chocolate cake" in the Cake doctor book, or the chocolate version of the WASC. Let me know if you want either of these recipes.
I have personally used this recipie many times with great success.

Everyone I mean everyone has just loved it. The only thing I did diffrently was I drizzled each torted layer with a bit of kahlua before adding the frosting, and I have always used a raspberry mousse for the middle layer.
Try this one too, tastes great and is a lil firmer, got it off this site.....
