I'm having a joint garage sale this weekend with my mom and 2 friends, our kids will be there, so I immediately thought "hey we need cupcakes for the garage sale!". Who ever heard of cupcakes to celebrate a garage sale!
This of course got me thinking, I wonder what other crazy occasions the folks at CC have made cakes for???? Please share....
Oh, I think a garage sale is a great reason to make cupcakes !! Look how much exposure you'll get !! Do you have business cards to pass out to people?
I haven't made any cakes for any really crazy occasions yet - but I'm sure we'll hear some doozies here !!!!
How about when having an Open House ? Or leaving a miserable job;
after loosing a lot of weight being on a strict diet; and maybe last day of school. 
I've made cakes to celebrate the release of certain movies onto DVD. 
Or to have a tea party with my niece and then you have to make cupcakes so the boys will have something. I made an elephant to celebrate going to the circus. 
I'm mad at my son right now because he still hasn't finished the Narnia series and I'm going to make a cake to celebrate that. It's the only reason I want him to finish it but he's reading Harry Potter right now so I have to wait a while 
Then there are the cakes just because you want to try something new.
