I'm currently using a whipped cream. Very hard to decorate with and not easy to add color to. Any suggestions on another type?! (not too sweet)

Bettercreme is like Pastry Pride, but people tend to like it more than Pastry Pride.

I mix a package of white chocolate instant pudding with the whipped cream. Beat until desire consistency.
