It doesn't get any better than this!
We're going to the Retail Bakery Expo in Sept. The classes and demonstrations sound great. I signed up for a hands-on class with Browen Weber. Anyone else going??

This is a Trade Only show - you must have a business license, or be an employee of a licensed business which will register you, to attend.

If you are in business, can you bring a guest who's not in the business? Anybody know?

You mean one of those "one-day" employees? icon_wink.gificon_wink.gif

There is another thread going on this - I believe you can still go, they don't ask for your Business number or anything...

I've registered and also booked the hands on session with Bronwen.. I'm excited and nervous about it.. Scared to look like a incapable idiot.

I like Debi's idea... also was thinking that for anyone going maybe we could set a time and place and all meet???

but the registration form asks for your company name. we do have a business, just not a cake business. it might look kinda funny if i register from las vegas car care! i could register as a student but think they might be wise when they see the company name! i'm gonna check on that other thread and see what's going on there too. keep the info coming if you hear more about this!!! thanks.

I vote for the Las Vegas Hilton, next to the Elvis Statue in the front entry way. The Hilton has a great bar, too! The convention center is connected to the Hilton, which is why we're planning on staying there. (The Hilton was where I stayed with every convention I set up when I worked in mfgr'ing.)
