Okay...

Here's a stumper for you... I have to make a skeletal bride & groom (weird I know) for a client next month. I have made a pair, but the more I look at them the more I hate them icon_cry.gif . I want to re-do them, but don't know where to start... I need inspiration!!

has anyone done anything like this at all?? day of the dead figures perhaps???

((sigh)) waiting in anticipation for some inspiration!

I have never done this personally, (not real big on figure molding!) However, I did see a pair of skeletal bride and groom on eBay last night. Perhaps you could look them up and use the picture as inspiration?

Just go to eBay and do a search for "skeleton wedding cake" there are about 7 different styles of toppers listed right now!

What you have in your gallery is super cute... but if you're looking to redo, maybe check out the Tim Burton film "Corpse Bride" for some inspiration! The entire movie was made with 'claymation' so they're actual molded figures.
HTH!

I agree that the ones in your pics are good. They are skeltons, so how "good" are they suppose to look anyway icon_eek.gif K'ly ^,,^

The above links are pretty cool but I also recommend you google images from the corpse bride- tim burton's film. Good luck.
