I have been asked by a customer to make this cake. How do you go about this one without infringing on copyright? I can make my own caterpillar that looks like this one but...that is infringement correct? Also, she wants the image of all the characters. Oh boy

Technically, yes, that is infringement. If you are really concerned, maybe you could change the colors around?

There is a Baby Einstein edible image at DecoPac. I'm not sure what the copyright infringement would be - since the major grocery stores sell them on their cakes around here.

Maybe you'll be "paying the licensing" by purchasing an already done image? Just spitballing here. icon_biggrin.gif

I did this one. It doesn't look exactly like the baby einstien one, but people knew what it was for. I think you could do something like that and it wouldn't be a problem. Good luck!
