Canned Frosting And Mmf

Can I use canned frosting under mmf? Also, if I decorate the cake with mmf on Monday, will it be okay until Wednesday?

I'm afraid the canned frosting might be too thin. If you use canned frosting or buttercream, the cake should be okay in a box or a cover until Wednesday!

have used canned under MMF with no problem....not even after sitting in FL sun for over three hours!
