I have a sculpted cake due tomorrow morning. I thought that I got all of my baking done yesterday. This morning I discovered that I am short one 1/4 sheet cake, no problem...just go bake another.

I got in the pantry and discovered that I one have one choc cake mix but I need two. What can I add to extend the cake mix? Or, I do have several boxes of white cake mix, what can I add to make them chocolate?

Please help....I have to get this in the oven within the next twenty minutes in order to get the cake order done before I go to bed for the night.

Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!!

If it is just a 9 x 13, I just use the one cake mix with the extender recipe. Though, I do also add one box of dry instant pudding--whatever flavor would enhance the cake, so in theis case, chocolate. It is just enough batter to fill the pan.
