I just tried the NFSC recipie and the are DELICIOUS! Why haven't I tried them before?! I had some leftover fondant and covered one of the ducks to see how this technique works and it was so easy and it looks cute!! Thank you to everyone for your advice and recommendations.
I love them too!! 
They are sooo good with antonia74's royal icing recipe also...and can't foget alice's cookie icing!!
