Im using MMF for the first time... Im alittle scared to be honest... So i posted to see how much to cover a cake and that was answered... But now i need to knw how long it will last before it dries out... Because i need to make it on a thursday but the party isnt until saturday... will it be to dry... I also and piping words on the side of the cake will that be a problem?

Any help would be greatly needed...

I've never had any problems with MMF (or any other fondant) drying out in a few days. I usually cover with saranwrap and put in a box. It will crust a little (but this will happen even if you make it the same day). Have fun.
