I make great cheesecakes and am doing my son's grooms cake just plain cheese cake with smaller gourmet cheesecakes surrounding it. I wanted to do a layered, filled and iced cheesecake... any suggestions would be wonderful.
I know the cake and icing need to be the same temp. or it will weep but I'm not sure if its possible to fill one although I think I've seen them in the past.
