Hiring A Cake Decorator.....

I am going to need to hire a decorator to get all of my orders done this fall season. I made a wedding cake and 850 specialty desserts this week in addition to regular menu items and I am POOPED. I even worked all day on my anniversary and cancelled a trip to the beach.

I can't figure out where to advertise. I am afraid if I advertise in the local paper, I'll end up with boatloads of unqualified applicants. What I'd kind of like to find is a stay at home mom type who just wanted to work from home and make some extra $$ since the work is sort of all or nothing, and I can't really offer regular hours. But, I really don't want anybody who'd be inclined to try and poach my outside catering business by offering to do it cheaper.

Any ideas ?

I thing you are in the right place here, you could ask here if anyone if intrested, I would if I lived close, but that's just me. May be not only you'll find a cake decorator but also a friend icon_biggrin.gif
