Can I defrost a cake in the microwave?? It's really small, I just carved it for a purse cake and Ireally need to hurry up!

For me NO, I think you will end up ruining your cake and it may get soggy. You can try wrapping aluminum foil and set the oven very low 150 to 175 and place in their for 5 minutes.

why are you trying to defrost it??? I always ice my cakes while they're frozen I've never had any problems!

I'm just afraid it will sweat after I put the fondant on.
