I use print shop pro, but if your pictures are blury, it doesn't matter what program you use, they just won't look right. I have had customers that I have told I can't make there cake unless they bring me a different picture. And I have also had to remind some people that it is just food coloring on sugar paper, if they have crazy expectations.
Also, the heads get clogged pretty easy, make sure you clean them pretty often. Good luck, and happy decorating Donna
