Help! Need Wording Quick For Release Since Cust Is Picking.

up this two tier cake! I need help writing a release that I'm not liable for any damages! Can anyone help???

Perhaps wording like: " Please note: (you) are not liable for any misfortunes that might happen once the cake leaves the store. Any damages/incidents that may happen are the complete responsibility of the customer. "

I usually type out a signature paper that says " I certify by my signature below that I have picked up my cake in satisfactory condition. I understand that once I take possession "said baker" and "said business" are in no way responsible for what happens to it. I further understand that there will be no refunds"
