Can I turn regular MMF into chocolate MMF? if yes, what can I use, melted chocolate or coco powder?

Hi guys! I did some research and I found a recipe. Basically you would prepare your MMF recipe the same except that you will add 1 oz. of melted chocolate to your melted marshmallow and 1Tablespoon of cocoa powder to your powdered sugar. They suggest the 1oz. of chocolate because they say it gives a nicer texture and that cocoa powder by itself can sometimes make the MMF grainy. Hope this helps!!
