I am going to be making an M&M cake for a girl at work. I will use a round pan for the body, straws or lollipop stick for arms and legs. But I am wondering if anybody has any ideas for the hands and feet. I'm pretty new at this so I'm not sure if I should just use icing or try and find something else to use. Any ideas from anyone would be very helpful. I am loving decorating cakes and so happy I started doing it. icon_smile.gif

I did M&M cakes, sorry not in my album, but they went over very well. I used 1/2 ball pan, layed it flat, frosted it with Buttercream, piped BC eyes and mouth, used rolled BC (your could use fondany) to make arms and legs. I used 1/2 3D egg pan for peanut M&M. Turned out very cute. Good Luck.

For hands or feet you could make either MMF or use marshmallows-they should be easy to smoosh into the shape you want.
