Hi! I am new to this site. I have been teaching myself how to decorate cakes. My grandparents wedding anniversary is next weekend and I am making the cake! I dont know exactly what size pan to order.. any suggestions? It needs to serve 70 or so people... What do you suggest!? Please help me out icon_eek.gif

You could do a 2-layer 11"x 15" (serves ~70), or a 2-layer 12"x 18" (serves ~80).

Since you're probably going to be using a large pan, make sure you purchase a heating core, or a few rose nails to ensure the cake gets baked throughout.
