and all of you who described this method of smoothing buttercream in the many posts. I just smoothed a 1/2 sheet with Viva and it looks incredible. I'm so excited now to decorate this cake since it has such a nice clean start!

Thanks you CC'ers....your tips and tricks are the best!

I love the VIVA method!!! Now, I can't even do a regular cake just for the house without doing the VIVA method or fully decorating the cake!!!
