and it needs to be white. I'm making a double batch of the crusting bc on this site and have added french vanilla creamer and pure vanilla extract and I've used 2 bottles of americolor white!! I've never had this problem b4!! Can someone give me an idea of what else I can do??

Did you use clear vanilla extract??

My question, too. I use the brown vanilla when I need to make ivory or tan icing.

I always use pure vanilla and just add white americolor to get it back to white, but for some reason it is not taking this time. I've made this recipe before with the creamer and pure vanilla and not had a problem.
