I made candy apples last night using Martha Stewarts recipe and they looked great but this morning they were bubbly and cracking, and the candy was very sticky and wet? I needed to wrap them today to send out but i dont know what to do..im afraid to proceed! Any ideas on how to dry them up to wrap them or am i in trouble?

You could try putting them in the fridge. It sounds like the candy wasn't cooked long enough and didn't harden as much as it should have.
