I ordered the white/white for $160.50 on July 15. I'm just waiting for the call that it is in.

Two weeks ago I had nothing for cake decorating and I'm really adding to my addiction. I did 6 cakes back in the 80's using my friends stuff but have done nothing since. It will be so fun to get back into it. NOW I JUST NEED TO FIND TIME.

I did! 2 from Custom Metallic series (True Chrome and Satin Copper), one for me and another for my aunt.
I also price matched at Bed Bath & Beyond for a tangerine one (because I needed an extra bowl and flat beater) and ended up paying $90+tax for it. 
The satin copper mixer has been nicknamed "Coco", true chrome is "Silver Surfer" and tangerine is "Marmalade".
I price-matched at Sears so I could use the $30 Rebate from Kitchen Aid. Cobalt Blue!
I was casually telling DH last night about the price (I already have one, the model down from this new one actually) and he says "Go get one."
So I did. It took 2 hours to get the price match thing all sorted out. Ordered at Lowes, went home. Back to Sears for price match. Several discussions there. Walked out with it. Back to Lowes to return. Confused a new cashier on returning special orders.
But it's sitting in the other room now!

LOL, I finally told my BF about this great deal going on and he almost yelled at me "and WHY haven't you gotten another one yet?" my answer "we are trying to buy a house right now!" his response "but you could always sell it on ebay for a profit!" LOL
I currently have a pink one, but he knows i have always wanted a blue one 
So looks like I'll get to take a road trip this weekend 
I was just reading a thread and someone sent her DH to Lowes for "1" and he got "12" 
. She said they'd make nice gifts
My daughter called me as she was leaving Lowe's about an hour ago. She had just ordered six of the metallic series. Two copper, two nickel and two chrome! She had no problems getting them for the one hundred and fifty! She said everybody she came into contact with at the store was amazed at the great price! Now, how am I going to decide which color I want!

I ordered mine today from Lowes, but I did not get the rebate.
But...I did get the brushed nickel one from the Metallic Series. It retail for over $500 and I got it for $150. Yipee!!!!!!!!!!!
