could someone please tell me what this is....

being an aussie, i have never heard of it.

is it just a white cake mix or something else.

Kylie, a blondie is a light brownie. Like a light brown cake made with the consistency of a brownie.

Well, I'm not sure I've seen "California" blondie mix, but I can tell you that a "blondie" in the U.S. usually refers to the white chocolate version of a brownie, which, if you are unfamiliar with this also, is a rich, dense, moist, chocolate fudge cake.

To me, I think the texture of a "blondie" resembles a cross between a cookie and dense cake. BLONDIES ARE AWESOME!!!!! thumbs_up.gifthumbs_up.gif
